Volume lower almost silent after new update of Apple Music when playing with a external speaker

Since the new software update to IOS 16.2 that everytime I try to play anything with Apple Music through a external speaker (like a Marshall speaker or car system), the volume is so low that i need to set all volumes on maximum (both iPhone and external speaker) and still is impossible to hear anything. It

only works normal when using headphones or the iPhone speaker.

I disabled the Apple Music Sing new feature and still does not work.

anyone experiencing the same bug?

Hello na_dia,

Are the speakers you mentioned Bluetooth speakers? If so, try the steps here for help with reconnecting them:

  1. Unpair it: Tap 'i' next to the accessory then unpair.
  2. Pair them again: Pair a third-party Bluetooth accessory with your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

If you've done those steps already or they are not Bluetooth speakers, restart your iPhone which can clear out issues like this: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

1. Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.
The volume button is located on the left side of the device, and the side button is located on the right

2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.
3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo.

Take care for now.
