Every time my Mac mini (2020) - Ventura, goes to “sleep”, all my email accounts go offline.
Most of the time I can only get them back on by quitting Apple Mail and then re-opening it—- Take [email account] Online doesn’t seem to work, or at least not dependably.
Is there a setting I’m missing?

Try the System Setting >> Energy Saver setting and make sure " Wake for network access " is enabled/

May consider
System Setting >> Lock Screen and changing the " Turn Display Off when inactive " a longer period of time or not at all.
Seems the M1 Mini Mini ( mine too ) does not have the same type of Setting to avoid the Time Frame before the machine does to Sleep like is some older versions of macOS.
At least, I have yet to find it apart from tinkering in Terminal using
man pmset
or using caffeinate -I in Terminal
Thank you for the suggestion. I checked Energy Saver and the option you mentioned was already checked.
The issue isn't critical, it's just annoying. So I might have to resign myself to being periodically annoyed.
Thank you, again. I checked and all the options related to screen locking were turned OFF.
I have an aquarium screen saver...I wonder if that's interfering. I'll turn the saver off completely and see what happens.
