Hello My Mac air 13 2017 doesnt charge and the green light doesnt show. I have tried every basic thing to fix it and bought a new charger but that didn’t work. I have a blurr memory that my Mac Said that my battery needs service. I have done some research and think its either the io board and its cable or the battery that doesnt work, what do you think?

You should visit an Authorized Appel Service Provider next to your place and let them check your device:
In case your battery is dead, the MacBook will not start, even if connected to the power adapter.
If you already saw the battery service message, it's most probably a battery issue.
I understand that but my question is whetever its more probable that the io board is the issue because of the light that is not working or that it is the battery
