I am unable to add funds to apple id via UPI or net banking. I am from India, and I feel the issue might be unique to the region. Started having this issue in the last 3 days. I talked to a friend, who is also heavily invested to apple and he also seems to have the same issue.
Can someone suggest a fix?

In India, you should be able to add funds to your Apple ID by following the steps here: Add money to your Apple Account balance
