Hello, I've had this issue before with other items, but not quite like with the Verizon Cloud desktop app for macOS. I can't uninstall Verizon Cloud or the Login Items associated with it. Verizon Cloud is in a perpetual state of loading when I log in and prevents me from doing a normal Shut Down of my Macbook Pro.
