You need to be aware that the highest version of iOS to support iPhone 7 is iOS 15.7.2 In June 2022, Apple announced that it would stop supporting the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus with the release of iOS 16 so, if by 'the new version’, you mean iOS 16, I'm afraid that's not possible.
