No, two cell phones can never have the same phone number. As a workaround you can subscribe to a VoIP service that can forward calls from a single number to 2 or more numbers simultaneously. Or you can subscribe to Google Voice, which has this feature, does not require purchasing a phone, and is free. Go to https://voice.google.com to learn about it.
