Transferring iOS Photos from Android to iPhone:

Yes. It will transfer, provided you select these items.

Go Here: Move from Android to iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Scroll to: Choose your content and wait
As it reads: "Here's what gets transferred: contacts, message history, camera photos and videos, photo albums,[...]"
