My phone hangs up calls automatically

Whenever I receive a call it always automatically hangs up the call first, it’s not on do not disturb or any type of mode. I got someone to call me to see what their phone said when it hung up and it said line busy on both phones and I don’t understand why or how to fix it.

When ever i am receiving any phone call once i am picking up and take it near my ear the call is getting disconnected with few seconds. If i am putting it in speaker and then turning off the speaker and taking it to near my near it is working fine. Also this issue is happening intermittently.
