Can’t download things in other region

Ok so I recently went to the AppStore to download Netflix and was confused when it said the app wasn’t available in my region so I went to country/region and found out that it was in Russia,I didn’t know this until now and I don’t remember setting it to Russian and when I change it to another country/region it says I can’t download apps in this region…pls help
