It looks like Keyman only has a keyboard for Braille for that language.

You could type the special characters required if you had a hardware keyboard connected to your phone.

Otherwise you have to use a special app like Unicode Pad Pro, which can make primitive keyboards.

PS To ask Apple to add a Venda keyboard, you can use

To ask for a Venda keyboard to be included in GBoard, you have to contact the people who make that app.

That's right, you type your text in Unicode pad, then hit the Copy button, then go to your app and paste.

Search the App Store. Try the Keyman app.
