Good day to you Thespiritofom,

When your Beats are connected to your iPhone, are you hearing audio from another output method such as the built-in speakers? We want to be sure that the situation isn’t that the volume needs to be adjusted or a switch changed. Also, if you haven’t already, please be sure to test multiple apps such as Music, TV or even Podcasts to see if the issue persists.

You can also manually choose to stream the audio to your Beats, is that an option for you? Use AirPlay to stream audio

Stream audio from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Play music on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, then control where it's playing from Control Center:
1. Open Control Center on your iPhone or iPod touch, or on your iPad:
• On iPhone X or later or iPad with iPadOS or later, swipe down from the upper-right corner of the screen.
• On iPhone 8 or earlier or iOS 11 or earlier, swipe up from the bottom edge of the screen.
2. Touch and hold the group of controls in the upper-right corner, then tap AirPlay.
3. Tap each speaker or TV that you want to play the current audio to.

You can also use AirPlay to stream audio from an app you're using on your device. Just open the app, tap AirPlay, then tap a speaker or tap multiple speakers.

Thanks.
