iPhone refund

We have the new phone (an I-Phone 14) and an order number as well as a Quote ID.

We do not have a return mailing address or a mailing slip for the old phone.

How do we get one?

Apple will send you a return package (as a separate shipment) containing the label/address, and you have 14 days (from the date you receive that package) to return your old iPhone.
