Can I restore my I phone from external backup

I made backup for my I phone in different computer, Can I take that backup file and restore it on my I phone through iTunes in new computer. 🤔

Copy backups to another location

If you need copies of your backups, you can find the Backup folder and copy the entire folder to another place, like an external drive or network-storage location.
