I sold an apple Ipad but forgot to log out of the cloud. The person is trying to log me out of the cloud but is requesting a two authentication number or the password to the account. Is there another way to log out of it?

And do NOT share any private info with anyone - not your Apple ID or anything else. But, you must prepare the device properly before selling it or it will not be usable for the buyer. You will need to do it.

Getting Out of iCloud on a Sold Device:
Return this to the buyer. or meet with them in-person. You need to log out of this, with it in front of you. Don't share you credentials for logging in to disassociate it.
