i’m running os 16.2 on my iPhone 13, iPad mini and iPad Air. I’m no longer able to chose the gender for Siri’s voice. I only have options for accent. And they are all female. Does anyone know how to remedy this?

You pick by Variety and Voice. Some of the voice options are male and some are female. You have to tap on them and hear a sample to tell which is which.

In mine, Australian Voice 1 is male and Voice 2 is female. Same for British. I'm American but use British Voice 2.
I have seen the voices get confused sometimes, especially when trying to listen to many samples. Try restarting your iPhone: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
Thanks. I stuck at it and discovered that an Australian male is not an option (🙃). So, I opted for the boring American fellow.
It’s only giving me one choice for Australian. I’m American too, BTW. Just enjoy the Australian accent.
