CMD F short cut not working in Ventura 11

CMD+F1, F2, F3, ETC short cut not working in Ventura 13.1

I have those shortcut assigned for almost all my software, but after the update none is working

it works any other combination as CMD+SHIFT+F1 or just F1, but not CMD+F1 anymore.

I deactivated and activated again, trying to see if Fn keys were disabled in the update, but everything is as it should be.

Can anyone confirm that changing functions keys to standard mode disables the special functions with fn? On Ventura 13.01, when I set the functions keys to operate in standard mode, it seems to disable the special functions entirely. E.g., when pressing F4 in normal (non-standard?), the search spotlight bar pops up. When I toggle the function keys to work as standard function keys and then hold fn and F4, I don't get the spotlight, and when just pressing F4, as desired, I also don't get the spotlight. This seems like a bug.

Cmd + F1, F2, F10, F11, F12 not working in Ventura Similar issue to this: CMD F short cut not working in Ventura 11 - Apple Community I'm on Ventura 13.4.1, 16" MBP 2021 (M1). Ever since the upgrade to Ventura my Cmd + F1, F2, F10, F11, F12 shortcuts stopped working (mostly used in IntelliJ IDEA). I've looked into IDEA settings, macOS settings, Karabiner Elements, nothing helps. Reproduction steps System Settings -> Keyboard -> Keyboard Shortcuts -> Function keys -> "Use F1, F2, as standard function keys": ENABLED Karabiner Elements turned OFF (to not affect the outcome) When I press F1, nothing happens (as expected) When I press fn + F1 screen brightness is decreased (as expected) When I press Cmd + F1 screen brightness is also decreased (NOT EXPECTED, in any program not using this shortcut nothing should happen) Same for Cmd + F12 - it's decreasing the volume just like fn + F12 (which it shouldn't be doing!) So it looks like Cmd + F1, F2, F10, F11, F12 behaves the same way as fn + F1, F2, F10, F11, F12, which seems like a bug. Using IntelliJ's "Find shortcut" option I'm able to see what is passed to the program when I press a given key combination. It's able to detect Cmd + F3..F9, but not Cmd + F1, F2, F10, F11, F12. Please note that when "Use F1, F2, as standard function keys" is DISABLED, results are also not satisfactory. fn + Cmd + F1 should be detected and Cmd + F1 in such a case, but it's not.

f3 key stopped working as it used to. My f3 key no longer works. I accidentally discovered if I use the fn key in conjunction with it it will work as it originally did, meaning it scatters the windows so you can find open windows easily. how can I get it to just be a one push task rather than having to use the fn + f3 keys together like it used to be? running Ventura 13.6
