Greetings Tll33me01,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We are unsure of which accessory you are using, so we'll help out as best we can. If you are using AirPods, we suggest resetting them. The steps to do so are found in the Apple Support article: How to reset your AirPods and AirPods Pro

1.Put your AirPods in their charging case, and close the lid.
2.Wait 30 seconds.
3.Open the lid of your charging case, and put your AirPods in your ears.
4.Go to Settings > Bluetooth. Or go to Settings > [your AirPods].
If your AirPods appear there as connected, tap the More Info button  next to your AirPods, tap Forget This Device, then tap again to confirm.
If your AirPods don't appear there, continue to the next step.
5.Put your AirPods in their charging case, and keep the lid open.
6.Press and hold the setup button on the back of the case for about 15 seconds, until the status light on the front of the case flashes amber, then white.
7.Reconnect your AirPods: With your AirPods in their charging case and the lid open, place your AirPods close to your iPhone or iPad. Follow the steps on your device's screen.

Now, if you are using the Apple EarPods, find the help you need with those here: If your headphones don't work with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If you can't hear any sound or if only one side of your headphones works
1.Adjust the volume with the volume buttons on your iOS device or use the Volume slider in Control Center on your iPhone or iPad
2.To see if you need a replacement, try a second pair of headphones. If the second pair works, contact the manufacturer of the initial pair and ask if you need a replacement. If the second pair doesn't work, contact Apple Support

If you are unsuccessful with either of these methods, the next step will be to get in touch with Apple Support for further assistance:

We hope this helps you.
