I notice you have apparently lost your old phone. You may find the information in this article handy: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support

Since your old phone is lost you will need to restore data from a backup to the new phone:

Use iCloud to transfer data from your previous iOS or iPadOS device to your new iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Use the Finder or iTunes to transfer data from your previous iOS device to your new iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
