I need to factory reset my watch.

My sister won't erase my watch from her iCloud and I cannot pair with my phone.

If your sister don’t take the following steps

What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your Apple Watch, or buy one from someone else - Apple Support

you will never be able to use the watch
