Solved in iOS 16.2
iPhone 14 Pro Max - Find My ruin 2-3% of battery per hour.
20+% battery during night on iOS 16.1 and now 2% during whole night (8-10h)
I end my day with less than 20% battery, now with iOS 16.2 it is 60+%.

With any new version of iOS there are always maintenance and re-indexing tasks to be performed. It should settle down in a few days. These are the standard steps for short battery life:
1) Have you tried a restart? If not, do it now.
2) Go to Settings > Battery > BATTERY USAGE BY APP to see the apps that are consuming your battery.
