Multiple problems with Ventura--anyone else having issues?

I've reinstalled Ventura twice now but the same problems persist. Anyone else experiencing these?

1. About 50% of the time, I come downstairs in the morning and my computer has restarted "due to a problem"
2. About 20% of the time, Safari doesn't work. I can't go to any web sites using Safari, but can get to the same sites using Firefox or Chrome so that's my workaround
3. A lot of the time, I can't connect to my home network server. I select GO and choose the server but Ventura can't find it. If I force restart (see item 4), the server appears
4. "Restart" and "Shutdown" don't work. EVER. I have to force restart.
5. Sometimes, when deleting files, Finder completely freezes. I have to force restart

I have a Mac Studio with 64GB RAM and 2TB storage, otherwise it's "out of the box"

Any advice on fixing any of these issues?
