My account recently had suspicious activity in which i was charged for things I didn't buy. Now my account has been disabled and I want to know if I can fix that so that it is not disabled

How do I change this so that my account is not disabled

You can't do that yourself. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
