I’m having trouble with my air pod pros
Hi my AirPods Pro aren’t working as expected and I’m told there’s an AirPods Pro service program do you mind checking to see if I qualify for that replacement program

You may qualify depending on what the issue is. If your AirPods make a static or popping noise than you do quality for the program. Either way, if you take them to an apple store and have them tested, describe the issue you're having and they will tell you if they are covered. I was in the same boat as you because my AirPods wouldn't connect properly and made static noises and popped, so when I went to the Apple store they replaced them for free since I qualified.
