Let me help you with you activation problem. Try the things suggested in this article --> If you can’t turn on or sign in to iMessage or FaceTime - Apple Support

- Note the sections at the bottom about "Still not activated...?" and "Get more help."

I already get it activated but don’t receive messages frequently, why is that happening
