My iPhone is Stuck in SOS Mode. On a Chat with Apple Support and they are struggling to get me an answer. I can't call Apple because the phone cannot make calls, not even an Emergency call!!!!!! Do I literally need to drive to the Apple Store? I cannot be the only one having issues with this terrible feature?
