Two weeks ago the App Store stopped working, then a couple of days ago some applications stopped loading and then sites don’t load in safari either. By wi-fi everything loads, but not by mobile internet. I reissued the SIM card, but everything remained the same. What is the problem?

If you delete the VPN profile in Settings/General/VPN & Device Management (not just the VPN app) that should fix it. If you have done that contact your carrier for tech support.

If you deleted the VPN app and profile that should fix the app store. If it doesn’t what is the message you get trying to download an app? And is your safari problem fixed?
Are you using a VPN connection?
