Kindle app 6.69.1 on ios 16.1.1

After i signed in my amazon account in the app, the app started loading and never ended, no library showed up. So what can i do to fix this problem and who else do i need to contact with? Thank you.

Kindle app not working on ipad My kindle app worked just fine on my ipad. All of a sudden it is not working. Pressing kindle exits to the Home Screen. Kindle version 6.61.0.100(1.0.267663.0). I am afraid to delete the app and reinstall for fear that I will lose all the installed books. Please advise.

If you've done all troubleshooting at If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open - Apple Support your next step is to contact the app developer, which is Amazon.
