Potentially compromised iPhone

I suspect that my iPhone is been hacked. How can i repel the hacker? And how can I know if there is a spyware? Is it possible on iPhone equipment?

It is highly unlikely that your phone has been hacked. What are you seeing that leads you to this conclusion. If you will tell us what you are encountering, perhaps we can help.
