new phone ( Iphone 12 pro max ) is still have 1 year warranty from apple ?
If you bought the phone new from Apple or a carrier then you have a 1 year limited warranty on the device from the time the device was activated.

Warranty starts on the first day of purchase from Apple or an Authorized dealer. If the device was purchased over a year ago, but never activated, the warranty has now ended.
ok thank you , but what about iphone not active but warranty is expired what is that mean ? Is this mean this iphone is active before and after that apple repair it and give new serial number to be it not active ?
