How to spend my balance ??

changing country

I have in my account balance 0.04 and I want to spend it because I want to change my country cause I move to turkey

Contact Apple Support directly, they will help you clear your balance, click -> Get Support

If you then want to change Country or Region, you must comply with all regulations described here -> Change your Apple ID country or region -> Change your Apple ID country or region - Apple Support (KW)
