Apple Cash for (null) Is Pending

I’ve had this notification in my Wallet App, under my Apple Cash Card for a couple years now. It started when I added my nephew to my Apple Family as a child, and tried setting up Apple Cash for him. However, I transferred him to his Mothers family so he was no longer on mine and Apple Cash never went through.

I’ve tried contacting Apple Support but they did not have a solution after working on a multitude of troubleshooting; including but not limited to, restarting the device, signing out and back into iCloud, turning off Apple Pay and back on, etc.
