The information that you are looking for exists in this article that you were reviewing earlier 👉 Delete apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

If the above procedure does not work because you do not see the Delete App option, then you may have screen time restrictions set to on. Open Settings ➔ Screen Time ➔ Content & Privacy Restrictions ➔ iTunes & App Store Purchases ➔ Deleting Apps : Set this to ALLOW
