Sharing pdf’s between iCloud accounts with family members

Is there a way of sharing folders full of PDFs between iCloud users in Books? Without having to share each one individually?

I have a one or more iBook collections I want to share with a member in our iCloud Family Sharing, but I don't see any option for that. I see you can share an individual PDF (or other item in iBook), but that will not suffice. I need to share either a collection or my entire iBook. I store a lot of documents, manuals, etc. as PDF's and I use iBook to organize it. We have Family Sharing setup and I want to use that to share iBooks. And NO, I do NOT mean purchased books. Non of what I want to share is a purchased item, it's data I create/save usually on my iPhone that I then access on my Mac/iPad as needed.

Cannot turn off Books iCloud syncing. I use Books on my iMac to store PDFs and sync them to my iPad and iPhone. It annoys me every time there's a major OSX update iCloud syncing is automatically turned on. I have to go through the same routine of recovering all my PDFs off iCloud and turning it off to rebuilt my Books. However now I have found with Sonoma I am not able to turn off Books in my iMac's iCloud Drive settings. When I turn it off, close setting then reopen the setting is turned on again. Not only do I not want to pay for more iCloud storage, I have a lot of manuals in there, but I need some of these PDFs synced to my iPad since I do not always have a network connection. Any way to get my Books iCloud sync setting to turn off and stay off? Or an alternate way to sync and view PDFs without using iCloud.

Bring Back Easy Sharing of Documents to Pages... With the latest update, Apple took away my most bragged-about feature - it used to be so easy to share a .pdf from Pages just by clicking the "Share" button and then choosing the format I wanted to share it in. Now, we have to export it, open Files, then select it to share. (Reminds me of Windows lack of flowability.). Please bring this feature back.

You can share the entire folder in iCloud. Share files and folders in iCloud Drive on iCloud.com - Apple Support

You can email all of the files as attachments. Add an email attachment in Mail on iCloud.com - Apple Support

You can AirDrop the files to another user. How to use AirDrop on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
