Why I can’t use my 2TB storage?
I bought 2TB storage,and pay monthly for that,It’s already 2 months that I can’t use it,what’s the reason?

If you thought about 2TB of iPhone internal storage, you were wrong, since the iOS device's internal storage cannot be upgraded. See this support article about that matter:--> What's the difference between device storage and iCloud storage?
On the contrary, if you're talking about 2TB iCloud storage, could you please describe your problem better?
What do you mean for "I can't use it"?
