why Is not available yet the 14 iOS to my iPhone 6? Is there any solution so I can update it as soon as possible

iPhone 6 tops out at iOS 12.

There are no hardware upgrades.

For apps that requires iOS 13 or newer, you will need a newer (used, refurb) or new iPhone.

iPhone 6s and iPhone 7 top out at iOS 15, and iPhone 8 or newer is required for the current iOS 16.
