since last update dictation adds unnecessary punctuation iPhone8

Since the last update using dictation in text or email

dictation adds commas like crazy where I did not dictate a comma or pause while speaking

adds question marks without me dictating "question mark" to any change in tone

just taking a lot of liberties with punctuation

is there a new setting or feature for that?

where do I find it to adjust it?

I'd prefer punctuation on command
