Apple Music Only Playing Previews of Songs

Hello, I have found that on my laptop, sometimes the website says "apple.com/us" instead of "apple.com/fr" (as I live in France). Changing it back to fr worked for me.

I have a family subscription for at least 10 years and Apple has raised the prices recently. Where is the good service for your customers. Let me play my music when I am logged in

This is incredibly frustrating.

Especially as the playlists are different for each region.

So I can't enjoy the latest R&B hits playlist tailored for US audience if I live in Europe, even though I pay you monthly for a subscription?

Apple, this is some serious bullshit.

This! Thanks to geo-location or weblinks it messes up the country-domain. In my case I work in Switzerland, but my account is based in Austria. So... switch the CH with AT and all is cool.

Apple - it really would add to accessability and user friendliness if this was NOT a thing. I mean, I am subscribed and logged in, don't make me jump through all those loops.

Totally fed up with this - why doesn't apple music just kick off the other instances on other devices when a new one is started (like e.g. netflix does)

I basically can't use Apple Muisc while working on my work PC at all, despite paying for it.

I can't be going around my MAC, ipHONE and ipAd every time i move around to close the app, which often make s no difference anyway.

Yes, changing the region works.

But, and to me it's a big BUT, it also changes the contents of the playlist. So there is basically no way for me to listen to playlists generated for the US from my European account. Even though I pay for a monthly subscription. Terrible user experience.

It worked for me. But I was already in /it, i had to put /us and then go back to /it.

I agree with you! And have family subscription too. Only commercials are missing anymore... Signing in/out helped, but for a moment only. Please Apple fix or notify that your service works on Apple equipment and platform only!

No it did not work!

This did not help. What did help was switching to /us then back to my local (/gb) version of apple music as mentioned further up in this thread

This was spot on, flick it over to /US and back to your /own region

Just change the region in the url /us or /fr and so on. I only had to do this once and it’s work without problems.

I think because it was on the "music.apple.com/us/" it considered we were not really subscribed to Apple Music, our account being French.
