how to “un-update” an app

so i have cat and soup a cute game on the app store. and yesterday there was an update thinking nothing of it i installed it, but when i opened the game it got rid of an event that i didn’t realize would end when i downloaded the update. so basically wondering if there is any easy way to un-update a game on and iphone.
