Phone transferred
My new iPhone 14 pro hang while data transfer it is not responding at all no signs of life

Try a Forced restart
Click here Force restart iPhone – Apple Support (UK)
and see where the phone is at. If it goes. back to the Hellp Screen you can start again. If it shows a normal Home Screen then the transfer is complete.
