My sister gifted me an iPhone 14 pro max bought in the USA. It does not have a sim tray so I cannot use it in the UK where I live. Will apple store in London exchange it for the UK version of iPhone 14 pro max which has a physical sim tray. Please help

they don't offer trade in for current models
you can try to reach out to their support for options
Thank you. Very few carriers in the UK do e-sim but my carrier Sky mobile does not.
perhaps next best step is to trade it in the UK ?
