My photos page just keeps flashing and the trust screen keeps flashing on my phone, but I can't click on it.
Maybe you will have a better answer if you will click on Get Support at upper right corner of any forum page. that will contact Apple directly...
Try restarting your Mac and your phone and then see if you can transfer the photos.
