Why are BITTY BOOMERS not working with MacBook Pro

This is so so so extremely frustrating, Boomers are supposed to be EASY to use.

We have purchased 2 BITTY BOOMERS

1 R2-D2

1 Jack Skellington

Neither of them work. Music from a MacBook Pro does not connect.

We have 1.) contacted MAC support 2.) we have checked both devices 3.) we have contacted ITUNES support 4.) we have contacted Amazon (where we purchased) 4.) we have contacted Bitty Boomers 5.) we contacted Amazon Music support 6.) we looked for DIY tips on You Tube all have the same result....

nothing. None of our attempts end with having the boomer (s) functioning.

The speakers WILL NOT pair. They just won't do it.

WHY? We are using the most updated software we are using a MacBook Pro. We do have "BLUETOOTH" ability in our system preferences and yet..... NOTHING

Outrageous please help

I'll assume the MacBook Pro Bluetooth has been tested, and that testing these on a different computer has been suggested, and the rest of the usual suggestions have all been offered, tried, and failed.

Which means you've seemingly already gone through all your support options without success, save for one: return these Bluetooth speakers to the seller for a refund, and replace these with Bluetooth speakers from a different vendor.

Wouldn't be the first counterfeit hardware, or the first defective hardware, either.
