Latitude, Longitude, and updating on new apple watch ULTRA not working correctly.

Apple watch Ultra was received on October 13, 2022. on October 22, 2022 Ultra watch unboxed, charged and updated. Since I've used the watch the Longitude and Latitude coordinates are not showing up on the way finder face, and the watch keeps saying "updating" on the bezel. Apple has not been able to address this issue after multiple attempts, multiple restarts, resets, and updates by Apple customer service. I now have a $800 watch that is not working as it should.
