There are no iOS 13 updates and no hardware upgrades available for an iPhone 6.

An iPhone 6 is forever limited to iOS 12.

For current iOS, you will need to replace it with an iPhone 8 or newer.

iPhone 8 is the oldest iPhone model with support for the current iOS version; iOS 16.
