Unable to Open Outlook 2013 after reinstall due to APLZOD64.dll error

I am running Office 2013 on Windows 10. I reinstalled after some problems, however the first time I tried to open Outlook I was unable to proceed due to error "MAPI was unable to load the information service C:\ProgramData\Apple Inc\iCloud\APLZOD64.dll"

I sync Outlook with my Apple devices and all has worked well until now.

I have tried removing and reinstalling iCloud for Windows but could not complete the set up. I note that has now installed some files into the iCloud folder (referred in error message) which was previously empty. This includes APLZOD32.dll and APLZOD6432.dll, but not the APLZOD64.dll that was missing.

I have searched the web for info but not found any solution, as yet.

Can anyone help?

Update:

I I opened the iCloud config window and checked the Contacts and Calendars with Outlook box, Applied. When updated I was then able to open Outlook and all worked fine again.

Problem solved.
