Sign into iCloud On your iPad:

Go Here: Sign in to iCloud on ll your Devices - Apple Support

Simply signing-in to your AppleID from iPad settings should add the device to your device list; all of your devices should be using the same AppleID for iCloud.

Settings > [Your Name / AppleID]
