Yes you can and I am assuming that you are referring to the Apple Mail app. Go the inbox and then select EDIT (Top Right) ➡️ Select All (Top Left) ➡️ Trash (Bottom Right): This action will move all the emails to Trash and then you can do the same thing from the Trash folder to permanently delete all of those emails.
