How to stop foreign language dictionary

I added French as a foreign language as an additional dictionary because I’m learning French with Duolingo. Thé iPhone started autocorrecting into French all the time so I deleted the french dictionary. It still autocorrects into french. The region is set to UK. If I dictate to iPhone it interprets in French only.
