I have recently set up a custom domain email on iCloud. I can access the mail through https://www.icloud.com/mail/ in a browser. I have not been able to receive email through this account despite having set it up successfully through iCloud settings. Is there something more I need to do? I have searched iCloud support and cannot find anything related to this problem.
Thanks but I have confirmed it is online. It is still not receiving mail.
